Are pre-orders required?

Pre-ordering is strongly encouraged. We make only a very small number of boxes available for walk-ups.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Not currently. Each release has a fixed menu. Some bakes will be incidentally gluten-free or vegan, and will be so identified when we publish the menu for that edition.

How do I place an order?

Pre-orders open for each bake and are available through the link on our Next Bake page.

Can I order online and have my order shipped to me?

No. We only offer in-person pickup on bake days.

When and where can I pick up my order?

Pickup details are announced with each bake. Typically we do pickups from Noon to 1 PM on Sundays at the Phillips Street Park on Beacon Hill.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Pre-orders typically open a week before the bake date and close 48 hours before pickup, or until we’ve sold all our boxes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our online pre-order system. We do not accept cash or any other forms of payment.

Can I customize my box or buy only part of a box?

No. Each edition has a set menu that cannot be customized. Suggestions for future boxes are always appreciated.
